Please don't call to see if I have guns/ammo for sale if they're not listed here--I'm not hoarding any secret stash, honest.
I don't like spending money just to talk to your answering machine, either.
Your dream projects are important but I need time to sleep, eat, pet the cat etc.

Newly manufactured Black River, Inc.-marked firearms carry our 90 day warranty from date of original retail sale covering repair or replacement at our option. Although we exercise due caution in manufacturing and examining all firearms prior to delivery we neither assume nor accept any responsibility for any subsequent firearms defect not directly caused by our manufacture, or failures or misuse of those firearms. All newly manufactured Black River, Inc.-marked firearms are warranted to be in compliance with any Federal laws and regulations in effect at time of manufacture and all applicable Federal Excise Taxes paid subsequent to completion of sale. We reserve the right to change these terms at our discretion without notice and assume no responsibility to upgrade any previously delivered products, services, or terms, to any subsequent improvements in any products, services, or terms.
We are not responsible for any defect determined by us to be related in any way to any customer-supplied parts. We will not accept any responsibility for any incidental costs or charges or loss of service for any firearms, products, terms, or services we sell or provide.
